Flooring Installation Application	Flooring in a condo is a major impact on the noise heard throughout the building. At Tropic Harbor, we have a flooring installation approval form. This form must be completed and submitted prior to installation.

Service Hours Defined	NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS DEFINED The Board of Directors defined the normal working hours During which time Contractors and Owners can do work on the property, inside the units and on the boats. The hours are as follows: Monday through Saturday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Quiet work only, on Saturday No work allowed on Sundays and Official Holidays
Tropic Harbor In House Work Order	The work order must be completed and submitted with two originals. This is the same two part form that is found in the property management office.
